I would recommend checking out http://www.ohmydogsupplies.com

They carry more large dog beds than most dog supply sites I've come across. If you have the money to spend, then I think your wisest investment would be to get an orthopedic dog bed. They come in large sizes and are super comfy and supportive, especially for older dogs.
References :
hi,

Every dog should have a bed of his own. Or two or three or four, actually. A bed can be used for napping during the day and sleeping in at night. Unlike the floor, a bed will keep your dog warm, support arthritic joints, and prevent calluses. And if you're allergic to your dogs, it's best if they sleep somewhere besides your bed.
here are some guidelines:

hope this helps.
References :
I always get the orthopedic beds, big dogs tend to have hip issues and those bed have always helped our dogs. You can order them online, but I'm pretty sure petsmart/petco sell them too! They come in all different colors and most you can take the cover off and wash them.
