Use an old blanket or pillows. Sheets and towels work too. My dogs sleep on comforters that are old. They love them. When garage sale comes around, hit a few and find some really cheap bedding. I have four dogs and the only thing I ever bought them is a huge kennel to put the blankets in.
WalMart would be cheap and faster to just go buy one than wait on one to be sent out to you. Biglots, Target, K-Mart and Farm and Home stores also carry them too.
You can find affordable quality beds online. The type of bed you want will depend on how large your dog will get. For very young dogs a cheap bed will work. For large and older dogs you will need to look into higher quality orthopedic foam beds.
