I had one of those, the thing lasted about 6 months before the stitching "rotted" apart, it was kept under a shaded area the whole time I had it. It was a bear to put together, took two of us, and the dog who used it, and loved it while it lasted…is a 115 lb. rottie. At 129. plus shipping lasting only 6 months, they are too costly to replace….I hosed it off and did not use any chemicals, like bleach on it, to cause the stitching to rot, it just seemed to disintegrate apart….I bought the ballistic nylon, pvc type one.
