It can start walking outside on a leash aftere it has all of it’s puppy shots. You can start light training now.

two weeks after they get their first shots, then start right away. the sooner the better. If you can, just walk him/her around your yard. The only reason your not walking him around the neighbourhood is to avoid any unwanted contact with any type of germ or disease that could be harmfull to your new puppy.

your pup can go outside as soon as it's had its vaccinations.
don't expect it to "walk" though. small pups just sort of explore the yard at first. don't expect it to follow you either just yet.

Start training your dog immediately. Get the dog used to being on a leash by walking it around in your house with you as you go about your normal routine. Training is nothing but mental conditioning. The dog will become accustomed to your commands and methods as time goes on. Soon you will be able to say "walk?" and the dog will go right to the door and sit waiting for the leash to be attached.
